Throughout my career, I have delivered a number of projects which I am proud of, some of which are listed below.
Core Network Build
The build out of a brand new core network, across 6 data centres, utilising 400G waves for transit links, learning new network architectural principles.
Fibre Rollout
The delivery of FTTP XGS-PON from a variety of projects. From standard build and commissioning, to Fibre Access Cabinet roll out.
5G upgrades
The delivery of a variety of mobile telecoms projects, mainly focusing on the build out or upgrade of the 5G capability from any given site, on behalf of a variety of clients.
Product Development
The development and integration of new products that are to be offered to onward customer bases. These range from Consumer broadband speed increases, to product add on of Static IP.
PMO Creation
PMO set up and enhancement, to deliver Policies, Processes and Procedures for the company to use in governing, leading and reporting transformational changes to the organisation.
Supplier Integration
The delivery of network suppliers on integrating onto our own network for direct peering and reduction of latency.
